Sunburst Ranch now has lodging available at the RiverHouse, log cabin, and new Sleeper Cabins!

The RiverHouse is located at the far upstream end of Sunburst Ranch, looking out on the North Fork River.

For larger groups who also have tent campers, the backyard of the RiverHouse is spacious and has picnic tables and firepit for a nearby camping area.

The RiverHouse sleeps twelve; including 2 bedrooms, living room with futon and a large greatroom with additional foldout sofas. The RiverHouse has a full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning, also a stone fireplace in the living room.

Our LOG CABIN is nestled up on the hillside away from the crowd. It sleeps 8 people with three beds upstairs and a pull out in the living room. It also has air conditioning, a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a ladder-type staircase up to the open loft bedroom.

NEW FOR 2007

We are putting the finishing touches on the first of three “sleeper cabins” that will be available for the spring/summer of 2007. These cabins are 16’ x 10’ with a five foot front porch. Each will have a different sleeping layout and will sleep from 4 to 6 people. Additional camping space is available for those who wish to tent camp around you. These units will be air conditioned with a water spigot located outside. If you are looking for an affordable way to escape from the elements these cabins are made for you.

2007 Pricing:

RiverHouse at Sunburst - Sleeps 12, air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen/ bath, includes use of backyard for additional tent campers. Must rent canoes to rent RiverHouse on weekends. Linens provided, but bring your own beach towels.

Fees per night: $250 per night during season, two night minimum on weekends. Over 12 people pays regular camping fees. You must reserve with a credit card.

Log Cabin - Sleeps 8, air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen/bath, must rent canoes to rent the log cabin on weekends. Linens provided but bring your own beach towels.

Fees per night: $200 per night during season, two night minimum on weekends. Over 8 people pays regular camping fees. You must reserve with a credit card.

NEW THIS YEAR: Due to some late cancellations in the last few years we are now requiring a $200 deposit up front to reserve either cabin. $100 of this is NON REFUNDABLE. You will receive $100 back if you cancel before the two week deadline. Sleeper Cabins require a $100 non-refundable deposit for weekend bookings.

Sleeper Cabin 1 - Sleeps 5 – queen and double bed with twin bunk. Air conditioned. Must supply your own linens.

Fees: $65 per night during season for up to 5 people, additional campers pay regular camping fees. Must be renting canoes on weekends with a two night minimum.

Sleeper Cabin 2 - Currently under construction.

Sleeper Cabin 3 - Hope to be completed by Memorial Day 2007.
